Before the turn of the millennium Eva & Oliver founded the digital agency MIR MEDIA. Both certified designers studied at the Kölner Modell (today KISD) and graduated in hypermedia under Prof. Gui Bonsiepe. Even back then it became clear that digital will play an increasingly important role - socially and for companies.
Who we are
For almost 25 years we have been guiding brands, companies and institutions through digital change. As a creative and reliable partner, we develop sustainable individual solutions together with our customers and always keep the big digital picture in mind. In 2021, we were voted one of the TOP 10 most creative digital agencies in Germany in the BVDW ranking.

The Team
Our interdisciplinary and intercultural team consists of concept developers, designers, UX specialists, web developers, programmers, project managers, administrators, editors and social media managers. The challenges of an increasingly digitalized world are so complex that only a strong team that trusts and supports each other and is open to new approaches can create stable and sustainable solutions.
Working Culture
Not only are we doing a first-class job, our workplace culture is also something to be seen and heard! Our offices are located in a harmoniously renovated turn-of-the-century building in the heart of Cologne, right between the Belgian Quarter and the Latin Quarter. Ideally connected to public transport, numerous supermarkets, cafés and restaurants are only a few meters away. We enjoy having lunch together, playing ping-pong in the backyard or producing cat content with our extremely photogenic office cats. We offer part-time and working-from-home solutions to parents and those who want to become parents. Oh, our summer after-work drinks should not remain unmentioned ...
